I am a dietician.
I was born in Sidi Slimane, a small agricultural town in northwestern Morocco whose main exports are citrus fruits, cereal crops and vegetables.
I grew up surrounded by nature, and the smell of orange blossoms flooded the air of my small town, heralding the arrival of spring.
I can still remember the taste of fresh mint and orange blossom whenever I drank tea.
